  5. The TimeCapture program offers you an easy way to record employee hours
  6. worked and then access the information.  It eliminates the annoyance of
  7. adding up employee hours from time cards, and the problems associated
  8. with employee honor systems.  No matter what conventional system you are
  9. currently using, TimeCapture will simplify and speed up the process of
  10. gathering employee hours so that it will be at your fingertips when it's
  11. time to do payroll.

  13. TimeCapture features a separate password-protected file management
  14. program for accessing employee time file information.  This program
  15. enables you to access the files, edit the information, and print
  16. management summary reports in selectable formats.  You can also add
  17. employee work times when they are not actually at your work site
  18. (attending seminars, as an example).

  20. The time clock part of the program functions as more than just a time
  21. clock; it ensures that employees don't forget to record all their work
  22. times by "reminding" them when they forget.  Using the file management
  23. program, you control whether the employees have the ability to record
  24. these "forgotten" times themselves, or they must notify you when it
  25. happens.  This allows employees who are trust- worthy to record times
  26. that they forget to record. However, each time this happens, a note of
  27. it will be made in the files, and that time will be marked when the
  28. management reports are printed.  This allows you to monitor the
  29. frequency of an employee's self-recorded times.

  31. TimeCapture's time clock is fast and easy to use.  Typing a 2-letter
  32. command and pressing Enter activates the time clock.  The employee
  33. enters their personal code and presses a function key to record their
  34. time.  The entire process takes only seconds.  TimeCapture is easily run
  35. from Windows as a DOS program.

  37. TimeCapture will run on any PC, XT, AT, PS/2 or fully IBM-compatible
  38. machine. It requires 256k RAM, DOS 3.0 or above, and 2 megabytes of hard
  39. disk space.
